If I could give 0 stars I would for this location, I am an avid Starbucks drinker I’ve spent $1000’s of dollars at Starbucks over my lifetime, and I have NEVER been told I need to purchase something in order to have a water bottle filled up. I was just told that it is a new policy of Starbucks, not sure if all but this location in particular that unless I purchase something I cannot have a water bottle filled. Certain staff need a course on logic, not very bright, far from friendly. Not a location I would recommend as a result.
Went into this location for a coffee, a girl named Jenaya was extremely rude for no reason. Why do people who are inept with dealing with customers work in customer service? Absolutely appalling attitude, I will never return to this location. Somebody must've pissed in her corn flakes. Avoid this place like the plague!
