Royal Bay is a beautiful area, and we were looking forward to stopping by the Starbucks there. Unfortunately, our experience on July 3rd around 5 PM was deeply disappointing due to the behavior of a staff member. We had placed an order for coffee and a cheese Danish and were waiting while accompanied by a toddler and a child with special needs, who were laughing and chatting. Hire more staff. One barista with 15 people waiting. It shouldn’t take 20 mins for an iced coffee. Ridiculous.
