I want to love this particular location, but it’s hard. As often as I’ve ordered from here, they are consistently inconsistent. We’ve never had an order be right the first time. Ever. After five years… From handing us a kids hot chocolate that is supposed to be not boiling, lava hot, and was boiling lava hot and ended up sending my child to urgent care, to screwing up every single simple drink, and food order we order. Triple check your stuff before you go. That’s all I can say!
Around 8 in the morning so had no problems with lines or seating. Service was as expected, just did not anymore have the ham/cheese croissant. The ham/eggbites more than made up for that lack. The wrap was ok.
I LOVE this location. The staff is the most friendly I’ve ever experienced. They are always so polite and kind. #1 Starbucks in my opinion!
As a mall employee I frequent this location. They are always friendly, and every single employee here works hard. If there ever is a mistake (which is exceedingly rare) they immediately fix it. They are an amazing staff and I'm grateful for them, they make the hard days easier! Also one of them lent me a jumper cable for a customer who was stranded! 🥰🥰 They're amazing!
