Terrible experience with Shift manager makayla. I ordered a hazelnuts Shaken Espresso and I was served millk. She was rude and dismissive. I love this drink and will not visit this location because they can't make them. Here's a photo of how it should look. Not like a glass of milk for santa.
This is my first time at this location. Everyone inside had excellent customer service. You can tell that the workers care about the community. Although it’s my first time I noticed regulars were greeted by first name and a smile as soon as they walked through the door. The atmosphere was a lot brighter and more pleasant than locations I have been to in the past. So pleasant, that I’d take a drive out of my way just to support this location.
