This used to be my favorite Starbucks, no anymore since they change personal :( I ordered twice an ice pumpkin cream chai and every time they put regular milk and a bunch of ice ! Even though I said light ice.
Slow service. Rude workers.
Poor attitude and terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes while my cup sat on the counter, empty.
Very poor organization and service. The drinks were already prepared and left sitting on the counter, but the staff continued making other orders instead of finishing and packing this one. I waited a long time while the hot coffee was getting cold. Orders should be completed and handed off promptly once the drinks are ready.
