The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s gonna take forever for someone to make you a drink
I usually have a good experience every time I drive through. The barista today at the window w the curly hair was so sweet. He made a suggestion for My coffee && provided friendly helpful customer service with a smile. Love that for us. thank you

As a Black woman, I’ve learned to notice the little things — and today at this Starbucks, those little things added up to a very disappointing experience. I came in and ordered nothing but a simple black coffee. No one greeted me. No smile. No “we’ll be right with you.” I had to initiate the interaction just to be acknowledged. I was appalled at the way twoof the female employees were carrying on laughing and pushing each other and cursing very unprofessional. The employees were working the drive-through or working very hard, but the employee with the nose ring and short hair and the one with the ponytail we’re making loud animal noises and pushing each other and cursing
