I asked for a latee and got a mocha. It tasted like hot chocalate. When I read the order from the last time on my app. He said he didnt understand my order.
The staff here are very sweet, personable, and helpful. They are so tolerant and polite especially when dealing with some rude and nasty customers. This company needs to be a little more supportive to them.
Was not happy at all and lucky i had my kids with me. The manager was ignorant taking my order and when making my food she was throwing my stuff around and when handed me my food she was ignorant and had attitude. She also never asked for my name for order and called me a a random name.
Unfortunately this is the closest location to me. I have yet to get one order correctly made from here. I finally had the balls to say something and they just gave me extra pumps in a cup and sent me on my way… I don’t think you could have done anything stupider. I’ve been driving out of my way to go to any other location.
