Nothing like waiting 35 minutes for your drink and then its wrong. I asked for light ice and was given a drink with 3/4 of it was ice!! And I told the girl and she just walked away to talk to who I suppose was the manager. I had just had it and said ill just take it, so frustrating
They mess up my order every single time! I clearly ordered my drink a specific way but it came out incorrect, and I had to wait again to get it fixed. The drink tasted off and honestly not good at all. The drinks don’t even taste like Starbucks anymore at this location. What I got today was bland and off, nothing like the quality I expect from Starbucks. For the prices Starbucks charges, the quality and customer service have gone downhill. Definitely one of the worst locations I’ve visited.
