This store needs new management and better training. I say that because I never have and problems at any other store, and we travel all over the country. When I would order my grande coffee they would make it and give it right to me but now my wife fell in love with the Strawberry/Acia lemonade. Now when I order a grande coffee and a lemonade refresher they make the coffee and I stand at the end for them to make the lemonade all the other stores do a great job. The best Pumpkin Spice frappierend hands down
Made my night! Stopped in for a coffee right before closing, and my son asked for a kids hot chocolate. He didn’t quite pronounce it correctly, but the barista wrote his version on the cup. “Hot cha cha”. Such a small gesture, but so thoughtful and heartwarming. 💛
