Waited in line for 15 minutes before even ordering slowest service for a drink… didn’t have 2 different food items!
Nancy, presumably a manager, forced me to endure a horrific experience. One of the younger employees appeared to be getting off for either break or the end of the shift and tried to inform nancy several times of something side work related. Nancy just walked away and waived her off, embarrassing her in front of all the patrons. It was not cool at all. Got the Apple crumble oatmilk ice drink. What I thought shouldn’t be difficult turned into, the wrong drink being handed over, then immediately taken back…dumped in the sink, then slightly rinsed cup leaving whatever was in there prior still in there, and attempted to remake what I wanted in SAME cup. A comment was made along the lines of “can you get a new cup”….to the employee responding “what I washed it out”….excuse me?!?! Washed it out?! Hello health department violations all over.
