The reason why I am giving a one star is that this location does not fill drink orders on a first come first service basis but based on what drink you order. This not a good practice and I feel I will no longer shop at this location.
The guy with a mustache—I hope he isn’t a manager—because the way he was treating everyone was hideous. Waited almost 2 hours, and the guy was treating every single person like they need to bend a knee to get their drinks. Half the people were leaving. People who came in after me left 20–30 minutes ago, and we were just standing there. Waited over an hour for 4 drinks. I saw others who were there before me mentioning they’ve been waiting an hour. All of staff except for one female was awesome. The one female was extremely rude and was vocal how she was a veterinarian and this was a side job which she didn’t need. I can always understand that orders can get backed up so I’m not that upset about the wait but what I do find appalling is the one female staff that was complaining in front of numerous customers and slamming doors. 41 minutes from when we placed the order at the counter until we got the 2 drinks we ordered. There were only 3 people in line before us and 0 people in line at times during our long wait. I won't be returning to that location.
