Im giving one star just because of the manager ( not sure if she's the manager) , i think her name is Naz. Its just not good when you can hear her talking rude with other staff, i guess two staff was new and she doesnt have any patience to help them if they don't know what to do. Staff had no idea how to make my very common drink. I'm asking some for something that's been in the menu for like 20 years and they're acting like it doesn't exist.. Second problem with the places we ordered a drink with popping boba in it kid and the guy fills it up with ice and Shakes the hell out of it so not only does it pop all the Boba but now it has these little Boba size ice cubes everywhere so instead of sucking up boba like a normal Boba drink your straw is clogging with ice and your kid can't even get to the bow ... read more
