My coworkers and I have been coming to this Starbucks several times to work, and every visit has been a great experience! The drinks are always delicious, the space is clean and welcoming, and the entire staff is so friendly. A special shoutout to Evelyn, who consistently goes above and beyond with her warm attitude and amazing customer service. She makes everyone feel valued and cared for, which makes this Starbucks one of our favorite places to spend time.
Slowest drive thru ever. The workers seem miserable working with no urgency to get orders out. 07/21/25-THE REPLIED WEBSITE IS TO NOTHING.
I was planning to go through drive-thru but then realized it was packed of cars. I attempted to go Inside and there was a sign that the lobby was closed.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I placed a walk-in order for just one drink and arrived at 9:10 PM to find the doors already locked fine, I understand if the lobby closes early. But instead of assisting me professionally, the girl at the door told me to go to the drive-thru window. When I did, she told me I needed to be in a car to be served… even though I had already PAID for my order and was just trying to pick up one drink.
