Rude customer services sucks they always gossip about you thru headsets
They take so long to make the drinks even when they have a full staff, I’m talking about 15-20 minutes in line, the one on Cicero and 47th is so fast compared to this one, the workers also always seem to have an attitude. They also over charged me and their systems are always down.
Service is terrible. I do mobile orders in the morning and the issues are constant- drinks made incorrectly, food not ready after 20 minutes, & staff not helping. I'm no longer going to this location after 3 staff members sat in the back and looked at me dazed and confused while I stood at the mobile order station waiting for my food that should have been ready 15 minutes prior. By the time I recieved my food and drink, I'm now running late for work and have a poorly made drink. Train your AM staff to pay attention please!

I never come to this location because it’s simply always so full today I seen there was no line so decided to stop by I always order the exact thing a venti drink and a chocolate croissant well long story they charged me gave me my drink and card I stood at the window the girl opened the window and said have a nice day and I said I ordered a croissant and she said oh and handed it to me and I drove off I took a sip of my drink it was horrible and I noticed my cup was only half full so I call to speak to someone the superviso... read more
