I asked the barista if this was a standard amount of ice, she said yes. I love the lavender matcha lattes but will avoid this place as they serve up ice, not matcha lattes.
Todays experience was not the best , I was welcome by the cashiers, but had a totaly bad experience with the barista told name is Evelyn she was not friendly, rude and was refusing to change my drink because she stated had done it right. I was not pleased with this experience I have been a faithful customer since this starbucks open. Some employees just need to be reminded to be more friendlier and respectful and leave their negative energy behind.
I’ve been here multiple times today was one of the best experiences through drive though so nice & the drinks were perfectly made appreciate it! Whatever changed may it stay that way!!
I Visited this location and was STUCK in the drive thru line for OVER 30min, with no way out!!! Unfortunately, the way the parking lot is designed, once you are in the drive-thru line, you are unable to get out due to the curb and landscape. With no way to get out of line, I was forced to wait in the drive thru for 20 min for my order to finally be taken.
