Really sad I am forced to wait for my coffee, the whole Starbucks is Dark, kind of crazy on a Monday this is happening. People waiting and then walking away. Never had this happen at a Starbucks before. I will wait it out and get my coffee, and write this review in the time that I have. Maybe if they left free samples the wait would be less.
Shout out to literally the biggest sweetheart for making an amazing surprise me drink AND WRITING THE CUTEST MESSAGE EVER! I should’ve asked for her name but she was such a kind person and it brightened my day! She had the skeleton jacket!
On 11/07/2024 at approximately 5:36pm I got one of the worst coffee and service I have received in a long while. There were 3 servers, one assigned to the register. Hardly any customers, just two ahead of me, who left very quickly and were gone by the time I got to the register to place my order. I ordered a hot mocha latte with whipped cream. The girl remade my chai tea because it was just water and it still tastes awful. She needs a new job she is not good at hers. I ended up leaving it in the parking lot not worth it I wasn't going to get anything decent from her bummer, went to another Starbucks and as always satisfied. Whatever the girls name it was this morning Monday June 10th please get rid of her or teach her how to do her job
I for one had a fantastic experience. The baristas on Sunday morning were both absolutely delightful to chit chat with. Update: owner response! Love to see it. I will elaborate. The two baristas were energetic and friendly and made my drink perfectly. They let me know what options I had and my drink came out quick and tasted wonderful.
