Disgusting service. You pay for a large cup of coffee and get less than a small one. Rude, sloppy service.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. I was treated with a lack of respect, and my concerns were completely ignored. There was no apology, no effort to fix the situation, and no professionalism whatsoever. Starbucks charges premium prices, so customers should expect basic courtesy and respect. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not returning here again.

Starbucks used to be a place that offered great service and atmosphere.. Now it’s just a mediocre 4 place..I came to order but had to go to the bathroom. I asked politely what the code was to the bathroom. The lady asked me to order first. She’s very rude about it. I had to convince her that I would to just please give me the code so I can go to the bathroom. I ended up ordering food like I promised her I would.
