This Starbucks is one of my favorite spots and an easy, enjoyable walk from home. The location is beautiful, with a great atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to stop and enjoy a coffee. A few times a week, I treat myself to a café misto, and it's always delicious and made perfectly. The staff is consistently friendly, the store is clean and inviting, and the whole experience is something I genuinely look forward to. It's one of those little routines that makes my day a bit better.
Very poor experience. The staff was rude and spoke impatiently, with no basic courtesy. It made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I won’t be coming back.
I visited this Starbucks to redeem my birthday reward and had a very poor customer service experience. While I was in the middle of ordering, the barista abruptly interrupted me, stated I could not continue customizing due to a supposed limit, and asked me to step aside before I could finish my order. This was not only disruptive but also incorrect. After confirming with customer support, I was informed that there is no such restriction on customization for birthday rewards.
