I heard there is staff issues and I believe it but I limit my interactions. The drinks were good after a few visits.
Staff was friendly here. We stopped for a quick water.
Staff is very rude was disrespectful to several customers as the manager stood aside and allow the 2 Caucasian boys to be disrespectful The guy below was very racist!!!!!!! Don’t spend your money with these people
The experience we had to Encounter at rivers casino by a Starbucks employee was uncalled for. Website says they close at 2am but at 1:45 a gentle with Red Hair says obviously we’re closed when I asked were they open. There’s no signage saying the location closes 15minutes early. We were called losers and had security called on us. When security arrive and saw we were not the aggressor, he then asked could they put us out. Security told him no.
