Extremely frustrating service. We stopped in on a road trip. Ordered ahead of time on the mobile app. We waited for 40 minutes to get our drinks. A bottled drink from the register was given to us- wrong flavor. The entire drive thru line that was extremely long when we came in was empty when we came out. The entire store was packed when we came in, but empty when we came out. When I asked if our mobile order got skipped, the lady insisted that wasn’t the case.
