They take forever to take your order. Forever to get it to you, then they get it wrong AND which that made me wait even longer for them to fix it. Then when my coworker gets their drink, it's half empty BECAUSE THEY PUT MORE CREAM FOAM than the actual coffee itself! See the attached photo! So disappointed because it was a TEEAT from me to my coworker. This location has been new people in and out, some not so friendly, fine....but at LEAST get the beverages right!!!!
They gave me a drink that did not have cream as it should have..I asked them to add the cream. I saw a lady drink away the top portion with her mouth and added the cream. I didn't know until after we left when putting the pieces together. I threw away the drink..Will never go here again. I am contacting corporate office about this. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Every time I order at this location SOMETHING goes wrong. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato with vanilla sweet cream and extra caramel. EVERY time I come to this particular location they mess it up in some way. They put vanilla cold foam and I tell them EVERY time I didn’t ask for that, then they made it iced and I let them know they messed up AGAIN. I have no issues at the other locations, but this one just cannot get my order correct. 2 remakes and still wrong is CRAZY.
