They do not know what a London Fog is. It's Earl Grey not Royal English Breakfast tea. They are different and not interchangeable.
As always, good food especially a new item potato egg bites. Also a barista took 10 minutes to explain to me how to tag my favorites in my app. I love Starbucks.
