Sometimes I shop here and also come in to ask for hot water and I'm ignored. The baristas will go ring up customers and leave me standing there waiting for a long time. On another occasion another barista tried to charge me $2 for hot water. I said to him are you serious?? I actually really wasn't sure if he was serious or not but I have a feeling he was going to pocket the funds. Not cool...
