Terrible service. Sharon has a serious problem with making up the rules as she goes along and a serious attitude problem. Her disrespect towards me today would have normally landed a complaint to corporate. Although I'm sure it's going to be a waste of my time, I'll still report it to corporate. You don't get to make the rules as you go along and play games with customers.
