They are very rude; they just spend their time talking amongst themselves, and it takes them over 30 minutes to hand over an order. Honestly, it’s a disgusting place.
Bunch of young nonchalant slow people. It wasn’t even busy for them to be taking that long. Had my order half made, open on their counter and left it there. Another girl threw it out and remade another one at least. You need to understand that milk can’t be left out like that and then you mixing other stuff in it. I was not happy with service at all. Felt like I was bothering them and rushed but then when it came time to make my order, they slow????? Make it make sense.
Took over 30 minutes for a simple drink. Not even coffee. The girl with the braids messed up my drink 3 times with no acknowledgement. Suammy and Claire seemed to be running things, I don’t understand how they operate in this fashion!
