Literally this Starbucks on this only one with weird rules. My staff works near this location and we’ve had several issues with AC / WiFi and no out of water. I walked in to ask for a cup of ice water, was literally completely willing to purchase the iced water and was told by the staff that we had to purchase something additional on top in order to get water.
