Although it would be cool if a locally owned coffee shop was here it’s really great that this Starbucks location exists. It’s so nice to have something walking distance to the train station. My partner works in Charlotte sometimes but we live in Raleigh so it’s neat for me to travel with him then be able to ride the train home. This is a 3 min walk from the train station. Me and my sister went in around about 7:15pm 3/25/25. As a previous partner I’ve never been more disappointed.. I get it 45 minutes till close, but the customer service was horrible. My drink wasn’t made correctly and I felt like I couldn’t say anything because of the tension there was between the cashier and the lady making the drinks. I never in my life left a terrible review but this really take the cake.. I wouldn’t have ever expected a Starbucks experience be this way.
