On 9/16 at 6:45pm I attempted to use the drive thru at this location and it was a complete debacle. I ordered a tall latte and pulled around to the pickup window, there was 1 car in front of me and after sitting for over 15 minutes watching several beverages being passed out and obviously wrong only to watch it repeat itself several times. All the people there are great they are very friendly and asked how you doing for the day
I dropped my friends coffee outside this starbucks today and the staff not only remade the drink but was kind and understanding about my mistake.
