This location was one of my favorites. However it seems that recently new people have been hired on. It is so obvious they do not care. After my trip today, I had to go back a second time as my drink was wrong. First time around I was handed drinks that were spilling out the sides and got all over me. So careless. Next time around drink was missing light caramel drizzle, well the barista must’ve thought she was funny when she took my drink back, and completely loaded it with 3-inches of caramel sauce. I ordered pumpkin spice latte and hot water has more taste. Will not return to this location I suppose I didn't tip well enough to get the full flavored pumpkin spice latte
