Oh my God! Oh my God！This is the worst service I've ever experienced at Starbucks. Why are some baristas so hateful towards Asian faces
Starbucks is delicious and this is one of my favorite stops. I don't want to get anyone in trouble so I won't say names but thanks for the extra shot of espresso when I look tired in the mornings🤫
Horrible attempt to attract customers. Claimed in giant stickers on tables that refills were offered for hand brewed drinks. When asked if true for my drink, I was told yes. And asked to place cup in a container. 20 mins later, nothing. When asked, I was told that I cannot get a refill for my drink with a poor attitude. Didn’t really want it but left a very poor taste. The decline continues. Deceptive marketing really rankles. Please just don’t do such marketing when you cannot follow through. Lost trust cannot be recovered.... read more
