So glad starbucks brought back the option to sip in real cups.
The attitude of Customer service Daise was very bad and unprofessional. My daughter just requested the standard beverage and not adding water on it, she banged her headphone on the countertop and showing inpatient expression. I can not believe it happened to Starbucks, the service team needs to be trained on how to serve customers.
