Firstly, this is the "pick-up" location, so there's no lobby. They strictly make to-go orders and it shows. They routinely burn coffee and mess up orders and there's no accountability because 90% of the time there's no direct customer contact, as they handle mostly door-dash, Uber eats, etc. I'm begging you, just pick up your order from somewhere else. You will pay 50% less and receive the coffee the way it was intended. Quick service, but I'd rather wait longer than get a hasty (and expensive) disaster in a wet bag.
I cannot recommend this store enough. Great staff, orders always done well. I admit my addiction to blonde ristretto shots in flat white or latte has me in a pickle, but thank goodness I have this store!
