Rude staff and a tipping system that is basically begging for tip. I always tip for coffee but I like to round it up to full dollar for fun. Their payment system basically only leaves two choices - 20% and 25% - putting a number manually (or skipping tipping entirely) will take time and nobody wants to stand in front of a line and do that. They are exploiting this to force customers to tip IMO. I hate places that enforce tipping, I tip much more when they don't ask.

My wife forgot her laptop on one of the tables. The people in there kept it safe for her. She got it back the next morning.

Do not order via the App here, takes lots of time to them to check for your order, can’t do their job well and talks too much with each other

I’ve never waited that long for a coffee! It took 28 mins to get a simple americano venti. There were a lot of customers but there we're 4 associates and they just took forever for everyone’s drinks and apparently this is just their “way” at this location! While I was waiting I could hear the other customers complaining on how long it always takes to get their orders.

This is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for 3 drinks. They forgot one of our drinks and I had to remind them twice while they kept taking new orders and telling me to wait while they finished them.
