It’s over 100° outside. I have been working all day and really needed some water. I pulled up to ask for a large cup of water and they declined telling me I can’t have water without making a purchase like I get it. You’re a business and have to get money, but it’s water And I’ve gone to several other Starbucks Every time I go, they give it to me happily so I don’t know.
