I ordered a grilled cheese online and when I got there they said they were out, I really wanted that grilled cheese :(
Went through the drive through requesting a simple large black coffee and received a lukewarm at best coffee and when I notified the staff that I would like it a bit hotter, they poured out the coffee before putting another serving of the same temperature of coffee in the same cup.
