He venido en varias oportunidades a este establecimiento y la atención fue muy buena. Pero, desafortunadamente en esta oportunidad no fue así. la cajera fue demasiado grosera, Mal educada y racista. No nos dejó sentar porque según está "cerrado" y son las 5:50pm. Y el local cierra a las 7pm. Le dije q estaba siendo grosera y ahi cambio un poco la actitud. Pero, es desagradable venir por un buen café y recibír un mal trato.
This Starbucks is under new management and SO much better. Highly recommend -- great service, not too busy and very convenient.
Worse service ever different baristas different days both with a really bad attitude they really hate their job Starbucks needs to hire baristas who WILL like what they’re doing, I asked for a venti drink she gave me a tall drink I asked are you guys out of venti cups and reply with an attitude saying yes when I payed for venti seriously don’t recommend this place at all
Came in at 11:15 I was only one in line the guy was making someone drink then instead of making mine befor he went to lunch to me I have to wait I tell he got back no one to relieve him for lunch diva apologize, or anything worse experience at the Starbucks
The male barista with glasses who was working today was beyond rude!! He needs to be reminded that the world doesn’t revolve around him and God forbid a customer inquire about a drink that I’ve ordered multiple times and never once came out looking the way he served it. Also after tasting it- the drink was definitely not made right. If you’re going to serve your drinks incorrectly at least don’t serve it with a side of your unwarranted attitude.
