The obese, red haired lady was getting frustrated by my wife's inquiry on a drink being vegan or not to make sure it was safe to order. The batista was visibly annoyed and after we had our drinks and shopped, we came home and my wife had stomach issues - the same as if she consumed dairy on accident due to server negligence in the past. Either the lady needs to be retrained, or she intentionally added milk out of pettiness. Brittany went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The drink and food were made with care and she is a ray of sunshine. You can tell when people really care about what they do.
Depends on who is working. If it’s Mal, 5 stars always! There are a few others who are great as well. But wanted to say Mal is always great with the drinks!
Depending on who you get i ordered ahead on the app and it still took 20 mins and would get peoples in person orders first. This is the slowest I’ve ever gotten Starbucks.
