A refreshingly unhurried Starbucks. It’s in the strip mall in Milpitas, sharing the parking lot with a Walmart and a few other restaurants, fast food places and sundry. I went in over a weekend. I found the place the way Starbucks used to be - where it’s not run over by commuters and drove through cars with folks in a rush looking for caffeine fuel. In town for work and came in both today and yesterday. Jon was working my first morning in and gave exceptional service. On my second morning in I placed my order and to my surprise he remembered my name for the order. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Jon exceeded my expectations! :)
