A least favorable interaction to say the least. Placed my order to the nearby University location, and the team member on the hot bar/mobile decided to let me know that I’d either need to go to their store or place the order again here to take “account” for it. After a few moments of putting the order into the app, she double downed and said if I just go to the counter I can have it rung up and they’ll replace the drink.
