I am a small business owner in the same mall and have to say the staff of this location is top notch! For four years, even though I may not walk in as much as I did when I had I one location, they always say hi with my name and usually know what I want without asking. The staff there always starts my day off in a positive note. In the people business they have it right. Shout out to all the Starbucks crew!
They do not call out your name after you been waiting 15 min and expect a tip…. They just had people standing there. Like just call the name when you’re done with the drink..

Blonde roast coffee is not blonde the last time I came in heard they told me that the machine was down. Gaslighting me into thinking that the machines down. This is the second coffee I received I'm just trying to conceive something that's actually consumable.
