I buy the 3 Coffe's Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte. The woman who was giving me those coffees was named Catalin. The coffee was gone from the cup and it was fully loaded. She reacted strangely when I asked her to wipe the cup since it was too unclean to handle and asked me to use tissue. If the consumer is not happy with the Dirty cup, she should clean it or get a new one, according to customer service. She was looking at me with a really hostile attitude.
Love all the baristas!!! Super friendly and fast. They all deserve raises. Very disappointing that they don’t have a tip jar.!
I buy a lot of Starbucks. I order the same triple espresso specialty every time. I came in to pick up my order, as I do a couple times a day to locations from Merced to Oakley California. My venti was 3", from the top. When I asked if they could fill it up the girl said, "With what? We always make them like that." A guy behind her said, "Yeah that's how they're made". I make regular Starbucks runs! Most starbucks are exactly what I expect, the problem with this one is my drinks are not that complicated. But is the little things this store misses that make mr drive across town unless I am in a hurry.
Asked for just a cup of water to the employees who were just standing there on the side and made me wait in line just to order a cup of water @alicia
