I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks drive-thru. We initially ordered 8 drinks, and when we reached the window, we politely asked to add one more drink, making it a total of 9. Immediately, we could hear employees in the back making comments like “omg no way, you’re kidding” in a very annoyed, complaining tone. The employee at the window was visibly irritated and responded rudely, with no politeness or customer service whatsoever.
