Staff very professional and courteous
Service is always great! Location is very convenient if you’re catching the train to work in the morning. The staff has always been pleasant and attentive. Meagan is always a pleasure to deal with, she is very respectful and dedicated to her customers. If she is there you can expect your experience at this location to be more than exceptional! America does not run on Dunkin🤭 ☕️
I ordered my coffee and it took more than half an hour to do it, the staff moves very slowly and you can tell that they don’t feel like working, almost half an hour for a coffee?? This has not happened to me in Manhattan. I had to leave it because I missed my train, seriously it seems that they do it on purpose, they see that you are in a hurry and they take longer than usual, that happened to me today Friday, December 19 at 3pm.
