If your fur baby loves pup cups and you are a fan of regular white sugar in your coffee don't come here. This is the only Starbucks I've ever seen that doesn't do pup cups. Also, they just stopped carrying sugar recently (the domino's sugar) because the manager said "yall use too much so we stopped carrying it and I'm not going to order anymore." The male who took my order through the drive thru could’ve been a little better with customer service. I asked for a specific tea and I wanted additional honey drops in, he said “it comes with honey”. That’s not the point, it’s an option on mobile order to add more pumps of honey. I proceeded to the window to pay and he told me to brighten my screen, which I informed him multiple times it was already brightened. I’ll go to Kroger next time for their Starbucks.
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks everyday for the last 5 years. I always gain friendships through the drive thru with their employees! Name dropping Roman at this location a He is always so kind, polite, and respectful. There is Moe, he’s always making sure my service is A1. Charley he is that splash of character any place would be LUCKY to have always smiling always cracking fun jokes! Then thee is the morning manager Zach and he’s AMAZING!
Starbucks baristas are so nice and friendly! They get my order out quickly and it's always correct!🥰
