We came to get coffee and our car broke down in front of the to go order screen! The staff not only gave us water and coffee, but Gabriela, called a friend to come help us with our car while we arranged a tow truck. Just saying, they weren't obligated to go out of their ways to help, but did so out of kindness and compassion. The coffee was good too!
Since when did an decaf americano come as an ice beverage. When I pulled up to the window the basista held up an ice beverage. When I told the barista I ordered a large decaf Americano with 2 sugars, he responded do you want a straw. I had to repeat myself numerous times then dumb it down. I want a large decaf coffee! He never acknowledged me and closed the window. Well I got a non DECAF large with no sugar, awesome! SMH
