Cash was working in the drive-thru and he was very kind and efficient. My drink was made wrong the first time, but he was incredibly kind and apologetic and got my drink out to me very quickly. We need more people like him!
My drink was so delicious And nice to meet you too)))
Lately, I feel like I'm unwelcome here. Repeatedly mess up my drink order, even when I send it back, and behave like I'm some kind of burden, wasting their time. Once, they didn't even change it, just put more ice in it. The second time they just added water. Not sure what I did to deserve being treated like this, I'd really like to know??? It's very hurtful. I've been going here for years and lately I'm routinely treated like I'm unwelcome by the late shift. I spend money here. I tip cash. What's the deal?
