I ordered an ice white mocha with chocolate drizzle and strawberry cold foam and the drink was so watery. Usually when I got to this location it’s so good but today it was really bad. Literally took to sips and threw it away. I also order a caramel mocha and it was watery as well and didn’t have the caramel.
They had a bait and switch on their cups. They had a sign that read $3 but when I checked my receipt it read $6 When I asked them about they said they were out of those cups so “we just put these out” which were $6 and said it wasn’t their fault AND wouldn’t honor the posted price. Both managers were snotty and looked didn’t want to be at work Terrible experience!!!!
Came inside and ordered on my app, while I was waiting for my coffee a worker came up and told me that I had exceeded 5 minutes in the store without ordering I would have to leave and that this was for paying customers only. I was literally waiting for my coffee that I had already paid for.
