Guys it's Starbucks The best
If I am going to spend almost $10 on an ice coffee and I am sitting in the dining room waiting for it, the least the staff could do is make sure I know it is ready. I watched a drink sit there and no name be called. Finally got up and checked and it was mine. It wasn’t busy and you had the time to make sure I knew it was ready. Do better!
Absolutely terrible service. I asked for my pick up order and they say all they need to do is bag it, the lady even asked some other girl to bag it. I see the girl that’s supposed to bag my order kind of throw her hands up in a confused manner and then just walk away. I had to ask again to get someone who could actually bag it to bag it. And the service was just in general rude.
If someone orders a bagel with cream cheese please make sure to add a knife to spread the cream cheese with. So annoying when you are on the go and you don’t have a utensil to use.
