If I could, I would rate this Starbucks 0 stars. I have given the Eden Way location in Chesapeake, VA multiple chances and at different times of the day - BUT their drive thru is soooooooo slow. It should not take 30 minutes from the time I ordered my drink to receive it. It’s absolutely ridiculous and corporate needs to take over.
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I placed my order at 9:39 and I did not recieve my order until 10:04am. This is the third time they have done this. Super slow, no accountability, it’s ridiculous. To have to wish over 20 minute for a cup of coffee. They just pick and choose who they place it seems.
Its sad when there are only two orders in side and 20 cars in the drive through and you think, I should have stayed in yhe drive through. There were two baristas working hard and three just socializing. I dont know if it was bad timing or what but service was extremely slow. I almost asked for my money back. I was pushing almost 20 minutes for my carmal machiotto and my ham and cheese croissant.
I normally don’t post reviews, because I understand every establishment can have an off day. However the Starbucks at Eden Way is always “off”. I avoided it for several months because the wait times are ridiculously long and they couldn’t seem to fill the cup more than halfway. I decided to give them another go this morning. Like everything except prices! On the other hand the coffee is good and the atmosphere is great so it's great to sit in there or you can pre-order in advance, grab the coffee, and be on your way. So convenient, service, good coffee, enjoy it.
