Great location. Well managed. Clear and obvious that the manager really cares about providing stellar customer service.
Wait time is crazy! Don't go if you're pressed for time.
This place is the slowest Starbucks in history!! Anytime you have 4 cars in front of you and it literally takes an hour to move them out is ridiculous! No sense of urgency, no sense of customer service, no sense at all. They need to close this location or hire someone other than teenagers who have no desire to work at a pace other than turtle speed!
I love going to this specific Starbucks location! I have one closer to my house but I travel the extra 5 minutes because of the staff, the environment, and atmosphere. Since going back to school, I've spent a lot of time going to Starbucks as a way to study and get some school work done. The staff are amazing, they have great interpersonal skills, always greets me, asks me if I need anything, checks on me constantly, and stay enthusiastic.
