I've been coming to this Starbucks for the last three years because it's the closest location to me, and it used to be my favorite. Lately though, it's become really inconsistent. I order the same matcha every single time, but it seems like it's made differently depending on who's working. Some days it's perfect, but most of the time lately it tastes awful—either way too bitter, watered down, or just completely off.
This store has the worst customer service, and made-up policy, that no one can sit inside without making a purchase. I was going to make a purchase but I was on a conference call and didn't want to be inconsiderate on my call. Two managers approached rudely while I was talking on the phone. I was in shock. I go to Starbucks quite a bit and work, sometimes I dont order right away, and I've never been harassed like that. And then my coffee wasn't even made correctly 😒. I will certainly never go here again.
Yall can do better on these drinks. Matcha taste like milk
