Majed was so helpful and attentive today with my order. I love this Starbucks. Their service is great!
I go to the Starbucks normally near kempsville. I make my own coffee through my app, and it comes out perfectly. But anytime I order specifically from this one, it's like nobody knows how to follow directions. My ice coffee comes out wrong everytime. Its upsetting to start your day wrong. I pay a good bit for my ice coffee. It would be nice if they could get it right like the other starbucks.
