My experience at Starbucks in Harrah's Joliet was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered an eggs bacon cheese sandwich, but instead of using the nearby grill, the staff reheated an old sandwich in the microwave, resulting in an overcooked and hard texture—almost like a hockey puck. This choice impacted the overall quality of the meal and, consequently, my overall impression of the Harrah's experience. Unfortunately, this leaves me hesitant to return in the future.
