Terrible service. Not typical Sbux. No greeting, obviously everyone was preoccupied. Additionally, coffee served burning hot with no sleeve or double-cup offered. Lots of foam when asked for zero. Told manager, he apologized about the service and took no responsibility for poor modeling. Sounded concerned, but oblivious. He was the one that took my order. Been here twice, same service. Sad.
I don't know why every time I've gotten coffee here it has made me sick. I'm lactose intolerant so I don't know. I really like the workers here the atmosphere is friendly I just and plus you open at the hour I like to come but I don't like getting sick and I made sure I got non-dairy this time and still got sick 3 times.
