Sam is amazing!!! So kind, patient, and great customer service!! The coffee is tasty as always!
Barista took the order of the person in front of me (I’m assuming her friend), was talking to said “friend” and acted like I didn’t exist. After approx 20+ minutes of talking to her friend, she returns and I order my iced coffee. She then states there is no iced coffee because she broke the pot. PUT OUT A SIGN. Absolutely the WORST Starbucks experience. I will never go to the Starbucks in Jewel on Nelson Rd in New Lenox, IL AGAIN
