The food really has to improve. What a disappointment at our visit on 3/23/26. The egg bites and chocolate muffin were terrible. Coffee was ok and the ladies were pleasant.
Extremely terrible service I came in today to grab a strawberry lemonade, there was only three people in online and they took 15 minutes to give me one simple drink. I am absolutely disappointed. There are many Starbucks out there. I do not recommend this one and a few months ago. my Brother came in to get some hot coffee. They didn’t even bother to close the lid. I asked them to make it without ice.
I went to order an Iced Strawberry Matcha, but the staff told me they had no ice and asked me to come back in an hour. When I returned, they still had no ice, and they said it in a very rude and loud way. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I would love to buy an edible cup of coffee here in Starbucks.
