Was told we couldn’t get a drink at 6:45 because the main employee was going to break. We were the only people in line.
Employee wouldn’t take orders on Christmas Eve. The manager told them to stop taking orders at 6 when the website and google said the holiday hours close at 7. I don’t live in town so I’m disappointed with the time waste d and when I mentioned the hours on the website the manager was smiling about me pointing out the hours that it should have been open… exit 11 is my new go to
I love this Starbucks! Here lately I’ve been having bad luck with my Lattes, where ever I go. This one may be inside of Target, but it’s the OG. They make better drinks than the store itself around the corner. Drinks are always tasty here! They never miss! The staff is always so friendly and want you to be satisfied. I’ve tried the local coffee shops, they’re not that great because they don’t train properly or got people in there who don’t care enough to make a drink right. This is my favorite spot to get a latte.
So tired of paying $7 for ice especially when i ask for light ice. Used to be a good Starbucks but anymore ill go to the local coffee shop n actually get more than few sips with my $7 ice
