I don't stop here often. Today was not their day. I asked about the pecan latte. Eventually we (Barista & myself) that its a syrup and I wanted regular milk...not oatmilk. It was a struggle. My drink was made promptly and it felt light. I know that this latte was not poured correctly and did contain the correct amount of milk. Truly, how could I prove it? Paid over $5 for a half cup of coffee!!! Terrible service and not worth my time
Slowest Starbucks in the area. 7 minute wait at the window with only car ahead of me. Can't make a simple iced coffee with normal amount of half and half correctly. Attached is a photo of half and half with coffee, not coffee with half and half. I asked for normal amount of half and half. If this was a one-off I wouldn't bother reviewing it but this happens every time I come to this location. Can't even imagine what it would look like if I asked for extra cream. Unacceptable.
