I have given 3 stars because not once but last three times I ordered they've gotten my order wrong. customer service and friendliness of the store is always awesome.
Back to the past with Starbucks - the first Starbucks in Sarasota. Lots of memories and good times coming back. Asked if I wanted a Ceramic Mug? Yes! Served at the table by this cheerful team of baristas. ☺️
I always order sugar on the side. I make the super clear. What do I get when I add sugar? That’s right double the amount I wanted. Maybe if you focused on quality over quantity you wouldn’t make these mistakes continuously. And if I omit asking for sugar until I get to the window I am asked to tell them at the speaker next time.
Truly an OUTSTANDING Starbucks Experience...each and every time! This is one of the friendliest and most courteous Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited! I’m staying in Lido Key for two months and was initially disappointed to see the St. Armand’s Circle store temporarily closed.
