Larry was phenomenal. I had multiple cards that I needed help combining and using the app. He was so good with setting me up by combining my cards and instructing me to download the app and add my card. He also was very helpful with the sandwich I wanted because the menu had changed and didn’t have the sandwich I normally got. I felt so seen, cared for and helped. This Starbucks location is generally great, but my experience today was disappointing. I stood at the register and made eye contact with the barista, Emily, but she didn’t acknowledge me or offer a greeting. After waiting for a while, I ended up placing an online order just to get things moving. Fortunately, Larry eventually came out from the back room. As always, he was welcoming and attentive, taking care of me immediately. It’s a shame the service is so inconsistent depending on who is behind the counter.
