This always happens at this place the screen is off and u can’t tell if it’s open or closed . I always ask for a WHITE CHOCOLATE HOT MOCHA and I get mocha hot coffee and it tastes water down . Seriously don’t the baristas take a test or something to know the exact measurements??and if you don’t tip they get upset .. this is why I don’t tip .. til they get it right .you spend almost $8 on coffee and it’s a waste of money . Pedí como siempre una hot macha y el Batista que me cobró le di instrucciones como y de qué leche la quería. No me quiso escuchar o no está bien de su oído lo repetí lentamente pero tal parece no estaba de buen humor para atenderme. La quería con leche de avena late no espuma y me la dieron terrible. Fui y les dije pero no les pareció y le quitaron la espuma con cuchara terrible. This morning I went to order a venti black tea with no ice and the cup was only filled 3/4 full. Had the employee told me that, I would have ordered a grande or at least not been surprised. They dont know if Im sensitive to cold drinks or if i have a sore throat . Now again had she told me I wouldn't be surprised or disappointed. I usually order it like this at this location and in covina and its the first time this has happened....Starbucks shouldn't be surprised if they are loosing business to other coffee shops . This starbucks location is inside the Target store, usually it’s ok except for Feb 15th evening shift staff, hard to say they are friendly. They keep discussing their customers and laughing, annoying service attitude, very mean

I ordered a caramel frappe and Sequoia was so sweet! She made my drink pretty quick considering the long line and it tasted perfect. The area was pretty cramped though.
