So I went to Starbucks at 950pm on Sunday at night and let me tell you about Cecelia. She literally took precious time from the late night to help me pick a chocolate drink. What's so important you might ask!? Well I had no clue what to get, but I wanted a chocolate drink iced that wasnt chocolate milk. Plus, I didn't want milk! So, she designed me a delicious custom Syrup creme frappuccino with coconut base. I was extra in my demands, but she was beyond great in service!! Super nice and helpful!!
Their ice to drink ratio is TERRIBLE. Go to a different location. They give you practically 95% ice and 5% drink. I glanced at other people’s drinks too and they also had a cup basically full of ice with barely any drink.
. So this isn’t my regular Starbucks ! I was going to the Dodgers game this Sunday . So , I got my family some breakfast sandwiches and some coffee . So , I asked DEVIN .. to read my order back 53.00 and some change . The order was correct until I got to my families house and I didn’t receive my spinach feta wrap . I really think he was high on something . So , I called to a yo my bad . And a laugh . Wow . What’s going on over there I didn’t have time to call management.
