Relaxing environment, just like most Starbucks locations—perfect for taking a break or getting a little work done. The drinks were good, though I’ll admit the coffee itself isn’t anything to write home about. Personally, I prefer the refreshers—they’re consistently tasty and refreshing. The lady who took our order was very kind and added a nice personal touch to the visit. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Seriously the worst customer service ever and I hate to say that about Starbucks. I had asked my coworkers about this location as well they said the same. I work in customer service so I understand we may have bad days but to hear from other people as well they shared the same experience, I know it has to be the location.
