3/12/25 So I have to say staff is always friendly and most days my coffee is on point. Today when I opened the lid it was loaded with coffee grounds I mean loaded. They were training a new employee and I get that but quality check now no coffee and out my cash. Stopped by to get my coffee and noticed the lady making sandwiches no gloves,touchedher blueish green hair a dozen times while bagging sandwiches. If you find hair in your food this would be why. Just got a egg white spinach wrap via the drive thru, and it was given to me with a melted fork in plastic in the bag the wrap is heated in.
I asked them to shake my drink and the barista informed me she would give me a straw to stir it.
So sad that the store manager is rude, gives no help to a customer & refuses to work with a customer when ordering. What’s worse is the general manager would not call me back to hear my bad experience! Terrible location go to Arundel Mills where they know how to make a good drink. Boo Ft. Meade Starbucks
