There’s a gentleman with a name tag that reads operations, and says supervisor. The behavior and service we received was not even remotely matching these titles. Had to repeat my order five times, my name twice, and needed to ask for help finding a three different buttons. Title change or retrain. Something has to happen.
Bought a cup of coffee and asked for some water were charged 9 $ for it. Wouldn’t mind playing a couple of dollars but 9$ for water feels illegal.
