Casey was amazing and super courteous
Service was excellent and the drink was great, but Starbucks should be ashamed making one employee do the work of 2 or 3 in the middle of a rush. Hire an adequate number of workers so that your existing employees aren’t under such strain trying to keep up with a large number of people.
30 mins for the batista to get to my order I okaced ahead of time. This was the worst drink I've had in 20 years of ordering Starbucks, nothing tasted right, the foam wasn't there no strawberry, batista forget 3 customizations and wouldn't remake it cause he said he had to make other drinks first. I had a coupon that wouldn't b3 applied. Awful experience with the inexperienced batista with long curly black hair and glasses .
