Today (March 29, 2026), is the third time I have ordered from this Starbucks location. At first, I thought the barista (Diane, I think) was having a bad day because it looked like she hated her job. All three times, I felt bad even ordering from her. Her attitude was nothing like I have seen from Starbucks so if I go to target and see her, I will definitely turn around and go to another location.
Every time I go to this Starbucks the staff are always ready to help out! :)
Casey was amazing and super courteous
Service was excellent and the drink was great, but Starbucks should be ashamed making one employee do the work of 2 or 3 in the middle of a rush. Hire an adequate number of workers so that your existing employees aren’t under such strain trying to keep up with a large number of people.
